Best Restaurants -(Lunch)
27 Restaurant & Bar
(Restaurants - Lunch)
The Park Ln Hotel
Hong Kong CN
852-2839-3327
Description:
This Park Lane Hotel restaurant serves a variety of international dishes, most of which have a decidedly French lilt. The shellfish soup, for example, is served with vegetables prepared in a wok, and Tasmanian lamb chops are prepared with spinach. The atmosphere here is relaxed, and the clientele ranges from business people to the occasional tourist. Reservations are recommended. METRO: Causeway Bay.

Annexx
(Restaurants - Lunch)
34-36 D'Aguilar St
Hong Kong
852 2877 9779
Description:
CENTRAL. The Annexx perfectly exemplifies the notion of "comfortably upscale." The space is contemporary and open, with stylish furnishings and a bar that just begs to be lounged in, preferably with a glass of wine. Most of the food is of the American-Continental variety, and everything is skillfully prepared. Standouts include crab cakes with smoked corn mayo and lemon slaw, Wagyu and pig trotter ragout, and truffled black cod with fondant and coconut lobster jus. If you're with a group, be sure to start with one of the appetizer platters seafood, cheeses or cured meats. Twenty-four wines available by the glass or flight.

Bacchus
(Restaurants - Lunch)
8-12 Hennessy Rd
Hong Kong CN
852-2529-9032
Description:
WAN CHAI. This cozy basement restaurant, decorated rather simply with mirrors and a few antiques, has the warm feel of home. While Bacchus's menu contains quite a few Greek dishes, diners also are encouraged to sample some of their more eclectic offerings from other Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Turkey, and Spain. The mezze platter here is outstanding, as is the moussaka, which is the perfect dish to enjoy on a weekend night while being serenaded by the evening's live entertainment. As you would expect, Bacchus also has traditional favorites like beef and chicken kabobs. Reservations are suggested. MTR: Wan Chai.

Baci
(Restaurants - Lunch)
1 Lan Kwai Fong
Hong Kong
852 2801 5885
Description:
CENTRAL. Baci has a great pizza restaurant on the ground floor, but if you're looking for something a little more upscale, head upstairs to the second and third floors. There, the sleek, clean dining rooms are ideal for enjoying contemporary Italian cooking. The menu does change fairly often, but you may find items such as duck and goose liver stuffed ravioli, a wonderfully seasoned grilled veal chop, or roasted lamb with mushroom sauce. The same pizzas on offer downstairs are available here as well Baci's is a sublimely thin-crusted variety that draws raves. A reasonably priced lunch menu is offered on both floors.

Description:
CENTRAL. The inviting atmosphere of this charming establishment is created by the friendly waitstaff and the style in which the tables are arranged. One of the most highly recommended items on the main menu is the delectable shwarma lamb. Business casual attire is appropriate. Reservations are essential. MTR: Central
